Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to Australia using Australia Post. We offer both standard and express shipping.

• Spend $60 or more with us and we’ll give you free standard shipping! Express shipping is $12.99 if you want it a bit faster.

• We ship all Australian orders the same or next business day after you place your order.
• Please note that there may be shipping delays with Australia Post that are out of our control. A tracking number will be provided with all orders.

• We only ship within Australia for now. In the future, we'll look at shipping internationally!

• A standard delivery is estimated as 2-7 business days
• Express delivery is estimated as 1-3 business days
• If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact Will & Zo on info@willandzo.com.

• An Australia Post tracking number will be provided for all orders. Tracking will be accessible on the Australia Post website. 
• If your package has not arrived after 7 business days please contact info@willandzo.com to enquire.

• Will & Zo are unable to cancel orders once they are placed and processed. 
• If you wish to make changes to your postal address you can email info@willandzo.com within 8 hours after you place your order.

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not tampered with, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened and untampered with, you may return products purchased on willandzo.com to us for a refund.
