Will & Zo is committed to providing high quality customer service and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Please see our returns policy below.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not tampered with, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened and untampered with, you may return products purchased on willandzo.com to us for a refund.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will exchange items that are damaged or defective. Contact us at info@willandzo.com and we will provide instructions for the return process.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:
- The product is deemed faulty (imagery may be required)
- You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).
How to start a return
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@willandzo.com. We will provide the steps for the return process from there.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note that the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@willandzo.com.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs
We ship to Australia using Australia Post. We offer both standard and express shipping.
Spend $60 or more with us and we’ll give you free standard shipping! Express shipping is $12.99 if you want it a bit faster.
We ship all Australian orders the same or next business day after you place your order.
Please note that there may be shipping delays with Australia Post that are out of our control. A tracking number will be provided with all orders.
We only ship within Australia for now. In the future, we'll look at shipping internationally!
- We use Australia Post on all Australian orders
- A standard delivery is estimated as 2-7 business days
- Express delivery is estimated as 1-3 business days
- If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact Will & Zo on info@willandzo.com.
An Australia Post tracking number will be provided for all orders. Tracking will be accessible on the Australia Post website. If your package has not arrived after 7 business days please contact info@willandzo.com to enquire.
Will & Zo are unable to cancel orders once they are placed and processed. If you wish to make changes to your postal address you can email info@willandzo.com within 8 hours after you place your order.
